Crafted from old-vine Grenache grapes grown in the uniquely expressive terroir of the Ojos Negros Valley, this Provence-style rosé is as elegant as it is refreshing. The region’s higher elevation and cooler average temperatures allow for extended ripening, resulting in layered, concentrated flavors.
Expect a crisp mineral backbone reminiscent of sea breeze and sandstone, beautifully balanced by vibrant aromas of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and zesty citrus fruits like blood orange, tangerine, and grapefruit. Subtle floral notes of chrysanthemum and herbaceous hints of fresh-cut grass add further complexity. Bright acidity and a clean, lingering finish make this rosé both thirst-quenching and food-friendly.
